Risk Is What You Can’t See Coming

Like Covid, or any of the great depressions. Sure in hindsight it seems obvious, but for people living the happening, it’s anything but.

There are two things to do then:

1. Plan for risk without prediction. You will not when it comes but you must plan anyway.
2. Always plan more than what might seem ok - like in personal finance it should feel like you have saved up more than needed for the emergency fund.
