Weight Training

Started weight training.

Currently going every alternate day and following a full body split.

I am doing the following exercises -

  1. Inclined dumbbell chest press
  2. Goblet squat
  3. Pull ups
  4. Dumbbell Romanian Dead Lift
  5. Cable Row
  6. Lateral Raise (Seated)
  7. Bicep curl + tricep extensions

I will move from dumbbells to bars when I am comfortable with the weights.
